job description:
we are looking for it service management (itsm) managers to oversee and improve our it service delivery and support. you will manage a team and ensure that service level agreements (slas) are met.
eligibility criteria:
• bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• minimum of 5 years of experience in it service management with exposure in java, mysql db, sql queries & itil
• itil certification preferred.
• strong leadership and communication skills.
• experience in managing it service desk operations.
roles and responsibilities:
• manage and oversee it service delivery and support.
• ensure compliance with slas and kpis.
• develop and implement itsm policies, processes, and procedures.
• monitor and report on service performance metrics.
• lead and manage a team of it service desk professionals.
• coordinate with other it departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
