Responsibilities1. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for Appian applications. 2. Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and implement Appian applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform. Create process models, user interfaces, business rules, and integrations within the Appian environment. 3. Customization and Configuration: Customize Appian components as per the project requirements. Configure and extend the Appian platform to meet business needs.4. Integration: Implement integrations with other enterprise systems and external services. Collaborate with integration architects to design and develop efficient and scalable integration solutions. 5. Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Appian applications. Identify and resolve defects and issues during the testing phases..SkillsetRequired / Mandatory Proven experience as an Appian Developer with a strong understanding of the Appian Low-Code Platform. Third Party Governance Role: . Vendor Risk Identification and Analysis: Revise the Vendor Risk Assessment Playbook, Process, and Procedures to ensure they're up-to-date with industry practices. Construct a risk assessment plan using a standardized approach to minimize the bank's exposure to third-party vendor risks. b. Third Party Cyber Risk Assessments: Analyse third-party cyber risk assessment documents and procedures to ensure comprehensive risk management. Continually monitor and adapt to new risks, ensuring that assessment strategies are proactive. c. Tools, Measurement, and Analysis: Scrutinize and validate cyber tools and create test cases to assess the effectiveness of third-party cyber risk tools. Optimize the use of JIRA for improved tracking and management of cyber assessments. d. Program Governance Cyber PMO: Establish a Cyber Program Management Office to oversee and align cyber risk projects with organizational goals. Provide ongoing support for cyber risk initiatives and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders. Vendor Risk Assessment and Mitigation 1. Walkthroughs and Understanding: Conducting in-depth sessions with application owners to comprehend the application architecture, services provided, and IT processes involved. 2. Assessment Scope and Connectivity: Defining the scope of the assessment and identifying how vendor services connect with the organizations existing architecture. 3. Questionnaire Distribution and Assistance: Tailoring assessment questionnaires based on vendor service applicability and facilitating stakeholders in completing them. 4. Evidence Review and Follow-ups: Reviewing the evidence provided by stakeholders and conducting follow-up meetings for clarification and understanding of responses. 5. Gap Analysis and Validation: Analysing the questionnaires to identify gaps and conducting validation sessions with stakeholders on the findings. 6. Risk Assessment Reporting: Compiling

Key Responsibilities: Create technical design specs, perform unit system Integration test, deploy and support of all Workday integrations Configure and develop technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS Integrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Complex Calculated Fields, Web Services, Workday Custom Reports, Web Services, XSLT, and xPath Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications Manage Workday Integration analysis, system configurations, and deployment to production Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendors. Support SSO, provisioning and authentication between Workday and other systems. Participate in Workday semi-yearly release reviews and testing by identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality. Provide production support for incident management and integration monitoring as needed.Qualifications: Current or Past Studio Integration Certification + at least 1 additional integration certification (CCTPP, CCB, Fin Int) preferably. 4+ years Workday HCM experience, report writing and integrations Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll, Benefits Partners using Workday tools Good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security Administration and Business Process Configuration Strong working knowledge of Workday Studio Development. Strong working knowledge of Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services. Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT, Java Strong working knowledge of BIRT preferred Workday integrations experience required with a good understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g., middleware, transformation logic) Data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes

Responsibility Prod support. CI/CD Pipelines Overall 8+ years of experience in Java Nice to Haves: [Skills that would be a plus but are not mandatory for the role]: React and Cloud Tasks & responsibilities [Full list of responsibilities contractor will complete]: Development, writing JUnit and integration test cases, BDD, supporting deployment.Must have skills : [Skills that is mandatory]Java/Spring Boot/Spring integration/Microservices architecture/JMS/Apache Kafka/ Oracle.Spring boot and Spring integration. you may be asked to write scripts/ Restful API's and Spring boot Gateway, Java, JMS/Kafka. The tools they are using for Automation Testing may be Selenium and Cucumber for automation testing. High level understanding of test automation frameworks.
