Daily work 1. To Plan load distribution to optimize type & no of vehicles 2. To check the consignments & documents & permission required for deliveries of goods .If mandatory documents are not attached with the consignments , hold the consignments & inform to the booking branch immediately. 3. To classify consignments as per destinations and assign the deliveries to the operations staff4. To Co ordinate and consult with branches & customers about any queries, answer phones and emails regarding any issue. 5. Communicate, coordinate, follow up and report about on processing or hold items to be manipulated, delivered to other parties, or provide feedback about status. 6. To check the branch stock inform about undelivered consignments to the respective branch 7. To deliver the consignments timely & within the given operational cost MIS WORK 1. Submits reports including MIS, Actual vs. Budget, etc. periodically to HO. 1. Responsible 1. Responsible for inward and outward movement of goods, Proper storage and prompt dispatch.2.Responsible for optimum utilization of vehicles .3. Ensure docs pertaining to Transshipment OPS maintained properly.
