Location: Chennai (T Nagar)Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentExperience: entry level-FreshersNotice period: Immediate Joiners(Office timings: 9.30 am to 6.30pm, 5 days working days in a week)Job Description:* End to end IT recruitment* Sourcing , screening and Shortlisting the candidatures.* Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.* Source profiles using different channels like Job Portals (Naukri), internal database and candidate references.* Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.* Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.* Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.* Line up the candidates and engaging in Telecom and client interviews.* Recruiting top talent for our Clients.* Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.* Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.* Must have good communication skills* Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.* Meeting Daily, Weekly & Monthly target by submitting quality resumes.
