job description:

* end to end it recruitment

* sourcing , screening and shortlisting the candidatures.

* should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.

* source profiles using different channels like job portals (naukri), internal database and candidate references.

* making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.

* identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.

* responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.

* line up the candidates and engaging in telecom and client interviews.

* recruiting top talent for our clients.

* should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.

* must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.

* must have good communication skills

* must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.

* meeting daily, weekly & monthly target by submitting quality resumes.
