- Making outbound calls to potential customers: The main responsibility of a Tele Caller is to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to promote products or services offered by the company.- Handling inbound calls from customers: Tele Callers also need to handle inbound calls from existing or potential customers who are inquiring about the company's products or services.- Maintaining records in Microsoft Excel: It is important for Tele Callers to maintain accurate records of calls made and received in Microsoft Excel for future reference and analysis.- Following up with customers: Tele Callers are expected to follow up with customers who have shown interest in the company's products or services in order to convert leads into sales.- Providing excellent customer service: Tele Callers should provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.Required skills and expectations:- Strong communication skills: Tele Callers should have excellent verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with customers over the phone.- Basic computer skills: Tele Callers should be proficient in using Microsoft Excel for maintaining call records and other relevant data.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Tele Callers should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.- Customer-oriented approach: Tele Callers should have a customer-oriented approach and strive to provide the best possible service to customers.
