Job Details :-We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Executive Representatives to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate Professional responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.Job Responsibilities: - Work with buyers and Chanel Partners properties throughout the area.- Handle both inbound/ outbound calls. - Maximize revenue generation and lead closures. - Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution. - Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing. - Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, and lead generation services. - Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. - Establish and maintained good relations with all clients - Participate in the company's sales strategy Requirements: Excellent organisational skills to work independently and manage projects Minimum 1-2 year experience in similar field or capacity. Strong organisation & scheduling skills Candidates must be organised, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
