Job DescriptionWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated people to join our team as ERPNext Developers.This role involves working on the development, customization, and maintenance of ERPNextsolutions to meet client needs.Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and implement solutions on ERPNext/Frappe framework Analyze and understand business requirements to design scalable and efficient solutions. Perform integrations with third-party systems as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ERP system. Maintain documentation for development activities and customizations. Stay updated with the latest developments in Frappe and ERPNext.Requirement: 2 - 3 years of Software Development experience Self-starters - Can read/write the documents and don't need hand-holding Experience in Python/Javascript/jQuery/Vue/MySQL Functional knowledge of ERP will be a plus. Ability to learn new technologies and understand how to utilize them according to theclients Hands-on experience in developing applications over Frappe Framework-ERPnext willbe a plus

Functional Consultant understands and communicates the functional aspects of client projects, providing expert guidance on product, and system implementation. They understand the product capabilities and participate in identification of gaps and solution definition in case of Implementation Projects. The Functional Consultant will work closely with business users, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills and, product knowledgeKey Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis:Engage with the client regarding functional requirements.Participate in workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirementsDocument workshop discussions and outcomes and use these to create functional specifications.Solution Design & Implementation:Design and configuration of business solutions for specific requirements .Configure the software solution and ensure that business processes are optimally mapped.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the system design meets both functional and technical requirementsEnsure strong adherence to process standards defined.User Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with client key contacts, understanding their needs and offering proactive solutions.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.Work with Project Manager and Lead to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.Testing & Quality Assurance:Prepare test plans and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).Ensure that functional specifications are properly tested, validated, and meet quality standards.Provide support during post-implementation phases, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Delivery Responsibilities:Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Help define project milestones working with the technical team to ensure project outcomes are met.Training & Documentation:Develop and deliver training materials to clients and end users, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the implemented system.Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and system configurations.Continuous Improvement & Innovation:Stay up-to-date with product and best practices,Actively engage with seniors and peers to share and learn from each other.Learning & Skill Enhancement:Improve client-facing skills by taking part in more client meetings and presentations.Enhance problem-solving skills by working on complex issues or scenarios within the ERP system.Participate in leadership development opportunities, mentoring junior consultants or working with cross-functional teams.Work on conflict resolution, negotiation, and managing client expectations effectively.Attend webinars, workshops, and industry conferences.Master new ERP functionalities and features through self-paced courses.

The person would be responsible for understanding requirements and designing, developing, testing and supporting customer specific solutions developed on top of a Java based open source ERP.Experience: 3 to 6 yrs as Java developerRequired Capabilities1. Expert level skills in developing web applications in Java - skills around servlet technologies, hibernate and integrating with RDBMS ( using queries, triggers, stored procedures)2. Thorough understanding of source control ( git/mercurial ) , build tools ( ant, maven ) , scripting for deployment 3. Good problem solving skills in investigating and resolving issues in application.4. Always conforms to general development standards5. Able to design solutions/understand design , prepare estimate6. Technical Consultant - Full Stack (RDBMS/Java/JS) The person would be responsible for understanding requirements and designing, developing, testing and deploying new features, enhancements, integrations as part of developing customer specific solutions developed on top of an open source ERP.Required Skills/ExperienceWe are looking for a Java developer with 2+ years experience in server side Java development , developing business applications that integrate with databases and render as services or as web-pages in a browser. Other essential capabilities Deep skills around server side programming in Java, especially around Hibernate ( or other ORMs ),servlets, declarative programming, reporting engines etc. Experience in Web UI development with HTML, CSS or with JavaScripts with frameworks like enyo, angular, react .
