We are looking for a skilled CNC Boring Operator to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 9 years of experience in CNC operations and hold an I.T.I. qualification.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Set Up CNC Machines:** Prepare and calibrate CNC boring machines for operation, ensuring everything is in working order before starting production.- **Operate CNC Boring Machines:** Run machines to produce accurate parts according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high levels of precision.- **Monitor Production Process:** Continuously watch the machining process for any issues or irregularities, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality.- **Perform Quality Checks:** Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify that each part meets the required specifications and tolerances.- **Maintain Equipment:** Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure their longevity and efficiency, minimizing downtime.- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with other operators and team members to ensure that production targets are met and follow safety standards.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Strong understanding of CNC machining and programming, particularly with boring operations.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.- Proficient with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control.- Good problem-solving skills to address any manufacturing issues that arise.- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.- Team player with effective communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
