Opening For CNC Boring Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Boring Operator to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 9 years of experience in CNC operations and hold an . qualification.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Set Up CNC Machines:** Prepare and calibrate CNC boring machines for operation, ensuring everything is in working order before starting production.

- **Operate CNC Boring Machines:** Run machines to produce accurate parts according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high levels of precision.

- **Monitor Production Process:** Continuously watch the machining process for any issues or irregularities, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality.

- **Perform Quality Checks:** Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify that each part meets the required specifications and tolerances.

- **Maintain Equipment:** Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure their longevity and efficiency, minimizing downtime.

- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with other operators and team members to ensure that production targets are met and follow safety standards.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Strong understanding of CNC machining and programming, particularly with boring operations.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
