Opening For CNC Boring Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Boring Operator to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 9 years of experience in CNC operations and hold an . qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set Up CNC Machines: Prepare and calibrate CNC boring machines for operation, ensuring everything is in working order before starting production.

- Operate CNC Boring Machines: Run machines to produce accurate parts according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high levels of precision.

- Monitor Production Process: Continuously watch the machining process for any issues or irregularities, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality.

- Perform Quality Checks: Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify that each part meets the required specifications and tolerances.

- Maintain Equipment: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure their longevity and efficiency, minimizing downtime.

- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other operators and team members to ensure that production targets are met and follow safety standards.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong understanding of CNC machining and programming, particularly with boring operations.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Proficient with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control.
