Develop Security Policies: Design and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization's digital assets.. Monitor Security Threats: Regularly monitor network traffic, endpoints, and systems for potential security threats.. Incident Response: Respond to, investigate, and manage cybersecurity incidents, providing immediate solutions to mitigate damage.. Network Security: Implement and manage security solutions such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.. Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses and improve system defenses.. Compliance: Ensure all security measures comply with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).. Security Training: Provide training to staff and other stakeholders on security best practices and policies.. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT and operations teams to ensure all systems and applications are secure..
