CAD ENGG - Requirement Domain proficiency: - Automotive with Product understanding knowledge.Process proficiency: - Basic knowledge of the Manufacturing process.Software proficiency: - CATIA V5 (Part Design, Generative Shape Design (GSD) & Drafting).Design proficiency: - Modelling - Solid, Sheet metal, Plastic, GD&T & Stack up Analysis.Core proficiency: -o Strong knowledge of engineering and design principleso Collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop accurate and precise drawings that meet project specifications and requirements.o Reviewing and interpreting project documents, such as drawings and engineering specifications, to ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.o Good Knowledge of design of automotive systems including mechanical & electro-mechanical systems.o Skills on Reverse Engineering & Benchmarking the product & concept.o Concept Developing and designing the products and systems based on customer requirements and industry standards.o Maintaining specifications, and drawings as per technical manuals.o Conducting the feasibility and viability of the design ideas with the manufacturing team.o Troubleshooting design-related issues and making necessary changes.o Collaborating with Core departments to discuss the manufacturability of the product designs & risk assessments to be recorded.o Maintaining Design change record till final design release.Preferred Skills: -o Additional experience with other CAD software such as NX or Creo.o Background from NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation).
