Job Description: 1) Cold Calling, lead generation of decision makers and fixing meetings-Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. 2) Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis. 3) Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. Co-ordinating with teammates. 4) Noting important details of each conversation. Resolving queries and issues raised by customer Being fast learner, proactive and a go getter is the most important skill that we are looking at. Timings: 02.00 PM to 7.30 PM (Mon-Fri) - Sat and Events if required, need to give additional hours.
