job description:
1) cold calling, lead generation of decision makers and fixing meetings-contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
2) maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
3) attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations. co-ordinating with teammates.
4) noting important details of each conversation. resolving queries and issues raised by customer
being fast learner, proactive and a go getter is the most important skill that we are looking at.
timings: pm to pm (mon-fri) - sat and events if required, need to give additional hours.
