The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing patient care and treatments while working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position requiring individuals to work from the office.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Patient Consultations:** Meet with patients to understand their medical history and current health issues, facilitating accurate diagnoses.- **Diagnose Conditions:** Utilize medical knowledge and diagnostic tools to identify health problems and determine appropriate treatment plans.- **Prescribe Treatments:** Recommend medications and therapies based on individual patient assessments.- **Monitor Patient Progress:** Regularly check on patients health and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.- **Collaborate with Healthcare Team:** Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.- **Maintain Accurate Records:** Document patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments in an organized manner, ensuring compliance with privacy laws.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess an MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and healthcare staff. A commitment to patient care and a compassionate approach is vital. Patient Care & Monitoring: Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients; monitoring vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature); assisting with daily activities like feeding and personal hygiene.Clinical & Medical Tasks: Administering medications (injections, oral); managing IV lines, catheters, wound dressings; assisting doctors during medical procedures (OT nurses).Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, complete health records; updating treatment progress in charts; immediately reporting any changes in patient condition to doctors.Infection Control & Safety: Adhering to strict hygiene, sanitization, and biomedical waste disposal protocols; operating and sanitizing medical equipment.Patient Education & Counseling: Providing health education to patients and families regarding medications, disease management, and lifestyle modifications.Specialized Care: Providing care in specialized units like ICU (intensive care), CCU (cardiac care), NICU (neonatal), and OT (operating theatre).
Safe Transportation: Driving ambulances to locations, navigating, and transporting patients to medical facilities while adhering to traffic regulations and prioritizing passenger safety.Vehicle Maintenance & Prep: Completing pre-shift checklists, ensuring the vehicle is fueled, cleaned, and properly stocked with medical supplies and oxygen.Patient Handling: Loading and unloading patients on stretchers (gurneys) from the scene into the ambulance, often assisted by medical personnel.Clinical Assistance: Administering basic first aid or oxygen during transport and assisting EMTs/paramedics with patient care if required.Communication & Safety: Coordinating with dispatch/control rooms, reporting accident facts to authorities, and adhering to infection control protocols.Documentation: Completing trip sheets, mileage logs, and other required documentation after each transport.
