Patient Care & Monitoring: Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients; monitoring vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature); assisting with daily activities like feeding and personal hygiene.

Clinical & Medical Tasks: Administering medications (injections, oral); managing IV lines, catheters, wound dressings; assisting doctors during medical procedures (OT nurses).

Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, complete health records; updating treatment progress in charts; immediately reporting any changes in patient condition to doctors.

Infection Control & Safety: Adhering to strict hygiene, sanitization, and biomedical waste disposal protocols; operating and sanitizing medical equipment.

Patient Education & Counseling: Providing health education to patients and families regarding medications, disease management, and lifestyle modifications.

Specialized Care: Providing care in specialized units like ICU (intensive care), CCU (cardiac care), NICU (neonatal), and OT (operating theatre).
