Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our company. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.Responsibilities:Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to client requirements.Participate in the development of business strategies to achieve organizational goals.Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional network.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and senior management.Negotiate and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both parties.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Educational Qualification: - CA Certification required Bachelors Degree in Accounting preferred 1-3 Years experience or fresherDesired Job Specifications Should have in-depth knowledge about Income Tax and GST. Experience in Income Tax, GST and RERA will be preferable Should be strict to timeliness and Punctuality Have worked on any of the four fields. Strong Knowledge of Tally. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients Able to work in a fast-paced environment Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning, client interaction and special projects Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning Review completed tax forms and provide recommendations to junior members of the team when needed. Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting the client firms Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional client grievance handling
