Job Openings for 2 Tele Calling Executive Jobs with minimum 1 Year Experience in Bund Garden, having Educational qualification of : Higher Secondary with Good knowledge in Customer Calling, calling executive, Outbound Executive, Inbound Customer Service etc.

Guiding the fellow worker in his work checking the measurements of the work which he performs in compliance with drawings, revisions if any. Preparing the measurements sheets & assisting the senior in preparation of the bills. Taking care of the safety, quality as well as house norms at work spot. Guiding the work force for proper usage of tools & tackles any new inventory systems of work. Ensuring reinforcement position in the concrete till the pour completes in all respects. Ensuring the curing of all cement structure effectively for the prescribed period. Assisting the senior in preparation of indent of the indent & submitting for stores purchase after ascertaining the signature form project manager. Ensuring the required infrastructure for optimum efficiency of the work force on time to time. Ensuring timely billing, measurement checking passing of the bill of subcontractors, labour contractors etc. Timely completion of the assign jobs in line with said bar charts & program as decided by the top management. Preparation of the indent & submitting for stores purchase after ascertaining the signature form project manager. Solicit material samples, product data from contractor. Responsibility of Daily Construction Reports and Reports from Contractors and Job progress, Photographs Need Modification Request (NMR)/Design Modification request (DMR) management and RFI Management Resolve non-conformances of construction work. Certification of the Work Completion of Buildings, Infra work as when required by Management for submission to Bank, Customers, Government Authority, CA etc Jr. Engineer should ensure that, the RCC work of any building / Water Tank or of any infrastructure work would be casted only after checking done by RCC consultant. Jr. Engineer to ensure that, he takes RCC slab checking certificate from RCC consultant after checking is done from him. Snag/Punch lists Management. Ensuring discipline in the organization.
