Call Centre Executive

Job Description

- contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service using scripts

- good knowledge about the locations in pune/ pimpri chinchwad is preferable

- answer questions about projects or the company

- ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same to relationship managers to close sales

- direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

- enter and update customer information in the database

- take and process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate manner

- handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

- keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

- a huge incentive will be there on good performance

- as this is into the real estate industry there will be no govt. holidays will be given. extra payment will be added in your salary account
