Job Description: Calculation of Power demand as per industrial bench marking Preparation of Single line Diagrams (SLD) Preparation of Substation General arrangement drawing equipment layout for Substations both AIS and GIS Transformer sizing, cable sizing, breaker sizing, capacitor bank sizing for MV and LV system LV and MV cable routing Lightning protection and earthing design for substations and buildings. Lighting calculation, small power design, cable racking, installation details for the Electrical services. Cable racking design. AC/DC schematic preparation for substation. Clash detection and co-ordination with other Utilities Experience in preparation of Basis of design, design report for the projects. Detailed knowledge of power equipment such as switchgear, protective relays, breakers,transformers, motors, and generators is requiredResponsibilitiesStrong conceptualization ability, strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills are a must,including the capability to explain complex technical issues to decision-makers and project teams. Candidatemust have good oral and written communication skills, be willing to travel abroad for short and long term, andwork successfully in a customer focused, project-oriented environment.Mandatory Requirements: - Bachelors degree in electrical engineering with 1-3 years of relevant industrial experience Sound knowledge on software like Lighting Reality, Dialux / Relux, CAD software Good knowledge on BS standards and International standards.
