This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Meet or exceed performance targets including response time, issue resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.Work Schedule:Full-timeTuesday to Sunday ( 10:30 to 7:00 PM )
