Maintain Stationery & Housekeeping Material Requisition for HO & Warehouse on Monthly Basis. Inventory Management Maintain Register Like Attendance / Stock / Employee Movement / Visitors. Handing Courier Inward / Outward Day to Day. Attendance Management for Employees Like Download Monthly Attendance Report talk to Territory Manager, SCM and other Teams and Prepare final report. Employees Roster Management on Weekly Basis. Prepare Monthly Tracker like Travel/Attendance/other. Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports. Maintain Office facilities as needed. Manage Monthly Birthday/Farewell Celebrations. Manage Office Housekeeping, Taking care of proper cleaning and hygiene at HO Housekeeping person supervision / Prepare attendance register and leave management. Handling outside work like, Cheque singing/ Material purchase / etc.
