* handling travel desk 24*7 (railway / air / bus / cab / accommodation).
• maintain stationery & housekeeping material requisition for ho & warehouse on monthly basis.
• inventory management
• maintain register like attendance / stock / employee movement / visitors.
• handing courier inward / outward day to day.
• attendance management for employees like download monthly attendance report talk to territory manager, scm and other teams and prepare final report.
• employees roster management on weekly basis.
• prepare monthly tracker like travel/attendance/other.
• ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports.
• maintain office facilities as needed.
• manage monthly birthday/farewell celebrations.
• manage office housekeeping, taking care of proper cleaning and hygiene at ho
• housekeeping person supervision / prepare attendance register and leave management.
• handling outside work like, cheque singing/ material purchase / etc.
