Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filtercandidates within schedule. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudesREQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills. Willing to work in night shift. Should know Microsoft office Word, Excel, Outlook. Should have a passion for recruitment Strong decision-making skills
