Responsibilities and Duties :- Making calls with the executives on field and help them closed the deals Or Educate to fresher.- To Handel a team of BDE responsible for revenue generation for the company.- Will be responsible to lead & guide the team Execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the Team.- Research and build relationships with new clients.- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/Principals.- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.- Proven ability in achieving/exceeding targets, opening new and profitable product/services markets.- Laptop and Personal conveyance Mandatary.- Field sales Team handling Experienced required for more than 2 years
