responsibilities and duties :
- making calls with the executives on field and help them closed the deals or educate to fresher.
- to handel a team of bde responsible for revenue generation for the company.
- will be responsible to lead & guide the team execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the team.
- research and build relationships with new clients.
- set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/principals.
- work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
- handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- proven ability in achieving/exceeding targets, opening new and profitable product/services markets.
