We combine expert care with a community-driven approach to make pet care accessible, fun, and engaging.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for Petfolk at the ground level. The role involves planning and executing on-ground marketing campaigns, partnerships, and activations that connect directly with pet parents and local communities.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, Negotiate, and Close deals for the expansion of Petfolk Pods in preselected Areas Community Engagement & OutreachOrganize and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and activations (pet fairs, adoption drives, community meetups, etc.).Build relationships with pet communities, veterinarians, pet stores, and local businesses to generate referrals and partnerships.Brand Awareness & PromotionsRepresent Petfolk at events and ensure consistent brand messaging.Identify hyperlocal marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility.Capture and manage leads from on-ground campaigns and events.Scout for Locations Identification and Collaborations/PartnershipsWork closely with sales and operations to convert leads into bookings.Market IntelligenceTrack competitor activities, local trends, and customer preferences.Provide feedback to the marketing team for refining campaigns and offerings.Key Skills & AttributesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for pets and ability to connect with pet parentsOutgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with crowdsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and activations simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with a focus on executionQualificationsZeal in Marketing1-2 years of experience in field marketing, brand promotions, or community engagementExperience in the pet care, FMCG, or lifestyle industry is a plusWillingness to travel locally and work on weekends/events when requiredWhat We OfferOpportunity to be part of a fast-growing pet care brandA dynamic work environment with exposure to community-driven marketingCompetitive salary + performance incentivesPerks for pet lovers

As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads, engage potential customers over the phone, and convert leads into sales. You will be an integral part of our sales team and will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets.Responsibilities:Prospect and identify potential customers through various sources, including lead lists, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and create interest.Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.Listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.Close sales deals with potential customers.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales results.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-learning.
