This is a pure sales role. It is target-driven and performance-based. Apply only if you are comfortable with daily calling, follow-ups, rejection, and revenue pressure. This is not a support role, not a relationship role, and not a desk job without targets.Job Duties - Sales Executive1. Make 4060 outbound sales calls daily (warm + cold leads)2. Contact leads within defined TAT and follow up until closure3. Understand customer requirements and pitch services clearly4. Handle objections and negotiate to close deals5. Convert inquiries into confirmed, paid customers6. Achieve individual monthly revenue targets7. Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM8. Share daily call and closure status with reporting manager9. Attend face-to-face meetings when required10. Follow sales scripts, pricing, and company processes strictly

Counseling the students for overseas education;Follow-up with the student, solving the student queries, and handling the registrations.Filing the application forms (University) verifying, them and sending the same to the universities.Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.Coordinating with students & universities abroad.Represent universities abroad.Train & hire new candidates.Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.Attending the university training & workshops.
