We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to handle all documentation related to international shipments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:1. **Documentation Preparation**: Create and manage all export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.2. **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on export regulations and verify that all documentation meets the necessary requirements of customs authorities in both exporting and importing countries.3. **Coordination with Stakeholders**: Work closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth export operations, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.4. **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes, ensuring easy access for future reference.5. **Communication**: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of export shipments, providing support and updates as needed.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree and possess 7 to 13 years of relevant experience in export documentation. The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process at our facility in Ludhiana, India. This role requires 7-12 years of experience in a production management role and a graduate degree. Key responsibilities include managing the production schedule, ensuring quality control standards are met, optimizing production processes, and leading a team of production staff. The Production Incharge will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing health and safety protocols in the production area.
