We are urgently looking for a qualified Site Engineer for the construction of residential and office buildings in Jatkhedi, Misrod, Bhopal. The successful candidate will manage on-site operations for the project, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion within the stipulated budget. This role is for a contract position until April 2026.Key Responsibilities: Supervise Construction Activities: Manage all on-site construction work for residential and office building projects in the Jatkhedi, Misrod area of Bhopal. Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to construction quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Schedule Management: Monitor and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones. Resource Management: Allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently and effectively. Cost Control: Assist in managing the projects budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of work. Site Safety: Enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Problem Solving: Resolve any construction issues that arise on-site.Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing residential and office building projects. Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project). Leadership: Strong leadership to manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors effectively. Communication: Fluent in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Quick-thinking and effective in resolving site-related issues. Certifications: Relevant certifications in construction management and safety protocols.
