Site Engineer (Residential & Office Building Construction)

we are urgently looking for a qualified site engineer for the construction of residential and office buildings in jatkhedi, misrod, bhopal. the successful candidate will manage on-site operations for the project, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion within the stipulated budget. this role is for a contract position until april 2026.

key responsibilities:

• supervise construction activities: manage all on-site construction work for residential and office building projects in the jatkhedi, misrod area of bhopal.

• project coordination: coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• quality control: ensure adherence to construction quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• schedule management: monitor and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.

• resource management: allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently and effectively.

• cost control: assist in managing the project’s budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of work.

• site safety: enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

• reporting: prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

• problem solving: resolve any construction issues that arise on-site.

required skills and qualifications:

• education: a degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field.

• experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing residential and office building projects.

• technical skills: knowledge of construction processes, materials, and construction software (autocad, ms project).

• leadership: strong leadership to manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.

• communication: fluent in both hindi and english, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• problem-solving: quick-thinking and effective in resolving site-related issues.

• certifications: relevant certifications in construction management and safety protocols.

preferred skills:

• experience with large-scale projects: prior experience working on large residential or office buildings is highly desirable.

• project management: familiarity with project management software and construction methodologies.

• contract period: up to april 2026

• working hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, monday to saturday.
