Site Engineer (Residential & Office Building Construction)

We are urgently looking for a qualified Site Engineer for the construction of residential and office buildings in Jatkhedi, Misrod, Bhopal. The successful candidate will manage on-site operations for the project, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion within the stipulated budget. This role is for a contract position until April 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Construction Activities: Manage all on-site construction work for residential and office building projects in the Jatkhedi, Misrod area of Bhopal.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Quality Control: Ensure adherence to construction quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Schedule Management: Monitor and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.

• Resource Management: Allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently and effectively.

• Cost Control: Assist in managing the project’s budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of work.

• Site Safety: Enforce all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

• Problem Solving: Resolve any construction issues that arise on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing residential and office building projects.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and construction software (AutoCAD, MS Project).

• Leadership: Strong leadership to manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors effectively.

• Communication: Fluent in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Quick-thinking and effective in resolving site-related issues.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in construction management and safety protocols.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Large-Scale Projects: Prior experience working on large residential or office buildings is highly desirable.

• Project Management: Familiarity with project management software and construction methodologies.

• Software Proficiency: Experience with construction management software such as Procore or Buildertrend.

Contract Details:

• Contract Period: Up to April 2026

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
