Talent Acquisition:- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to source qualified candidates.- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements.- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.2. Candidate Management:- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates as per company policies.3.
