1. talent acquisition:
- utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to source qualified candidates.
- screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements.
- coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
2. candidate management:
- build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates as per company policies.
3. recruitment administration:
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using our hris or other relevant systems.
- prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related documentation.
4. employer branding and networking:
- represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking functions to promote our employer brand.
- collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop recruitment marketing materials and campaigns.
