1. Talent Acquisition:
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to source qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
2. Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates as per company policies.
3. Recruitment Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using our HRIS or other relevant systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related documentation.
4. Employer Branding and Networking:
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking functions to promote our employer brand.
