Key Responsibility:- Effectively manage the grade level Academic delivery & administration in an optimal manner,ensuring excellence in academic results.- Coordinate with Central Committees and schools to implement curriculum as per guidelines- Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all partnered schools.- Effectively ensure that all process is followed in line with the policies laid down by the dept.Head.- Should be ready to travel within the city or at times out of city.Expected Competencies:- Good analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered andsound judgment.- Sound Technical skills.- Ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations- Extrovert, result oriented, mentor and leader focused on outcomes and ability to stand up tocommitted deliverables- Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.- Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand requirements and implement the same.- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
