Key Responsibility:

- Effectively manage the grade level Academic delivery & administration in an optimal manner,

ensuring excellence in academic results.

- Coordinate with Central Committees and schools to implement curriculum as per guidelines

- Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all partnered schools.

- Effectively ensure that all process is followed in line with the policies laid down by the dept.

Head.

- Should be ready to travel within the city or at times out of city.

- Good analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered and

sound judgment.

- Sound Technical skills.

- Ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations

- Extrovert, result oriented, mentor and leader focused on outcomes and ability to stand up to

- Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand requirements and implement the same.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
