You will drive growth by buildingbrand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and maintaining strong relationships with industrialclients. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a technical background and a passionfor cutting-edge automation technology.Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Conduct 1215 daily on-site customer visits to identify requirementsand generate new enquiries. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing andpotential customers. Lead Conversion: Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to qualify leadsand convert them into sales. Strategic Analysis: Analyze customer needs to tailor product offerings and provide regularmarket insights to management. Events & Promotion: Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences,and booth setups. Feedback & Research: Conduct customer surveys to gather insights for continuous serviceimprovement.Product PortfolioYou will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of industrial products, including: Cables & Connectivity: Belden Cables, Industrial Wires, Fiber Optic LIU Boxes, and PatchCords. Control & Motion: VFDs, Servo Drives/Motors, PLCs, HMIs, and CNC Modules. Components: Sensors, Encoders, Power Supplies (SMPS), Relays (Slim, SSR, Card), andEthernet Switches. Infrastructure: Industry 4.0 solutions, Thermal Management, Gateways, and Machine VisionSystems.Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field will be preferred. Experience: Prior experience in sales is highly advantageous. Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Logistics: Must possess a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle for daily travel.
