Role Overview
As a Field Sales Engineer, you will be the face of P&S Innovation. You will drive growth by building
brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and maintaining strong relationships with industrial
clients. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a technical background and a passion
for cutting-edge automation technology.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Conduct 1215 daily on-site customer visits to identify requirements
and generate new enquiries.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and
potential customers.
Lead Conversion: Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to qualify leads
and convert them into sales.
Strategic Analysis: Analyze customer needs to tailor product offerings and provide regular
market insights to management.
Events & Promotion: Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences,
and booth setups.
Feedback & Research: Conduct customer surveys to gather insights for continuous service
improvement.
Product Portfolio
You will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of industrial products, including:
Cables & Connectivity: Belden Cables, Industrial Wires, Fiber Optic LIU Boxes, and Patch
Cords.
Control & Motion: VFDs, Servo Drives/Motors, PLCs, HMIs, and CNC Modules.
Components: Sensors, Encoders, Power Supplies (SMPS), Relays (Slim, SSR, Card), and
Ethernet Switches.
Infrastructure: Industry solutions, Thermal Management, Gateways, and Machine Vision
Systems.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field will be preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in sales is highly advantageous.
Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Logistics: Must possess a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle for daily travel.
Professionalism: Excellent organizational abilities and a professional appearance.
