role overview
as a field sales engineer, you will be the face of p&s innovation. you will drive growth by building
brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and maintaining strong relationships with industrial
clients. this role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a technical background and a passion
for cutting-edge automation technology.
key responsibilities
customer engagement: conduct 1215 daily on-site customer visits to identify requirements
and generate new enquiries.
relationship management: build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and
potential customers.
lead conversion: collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to qualify leads
and convert them into sales.
strategic analysis: analyze customer needs to tailor product offerings and provide regular
market insights to management.
events & promotion: plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, conferences,
and booth setups.
feedback & research: conduct customer surveys to gather insights for continuous service
improvement.
product portfolio
you will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of industrial products, including:
cables & connectivity: belden cables, industrial wires, fiber optic liu boxes, and patch
cords.
control & motion: vfds, servo drives/motors, plcs, hmis, and cnc modules.
components: sensors, encoders, power supplies (smps), relays (slim, ssr, card), and
ethernet switches.
infrastructure: industry solutions, thermal management, gateways, and machine vision
systems.
requirements
education: bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field will be preferred.
experience: prior experience in sales is highly advantageous.
skills: strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
logistics: must possess a valid drivers license and a personal vehicle for daily travel.
professionalism: excellent organizational abilities and a professional appearance.
