1. Order Confirmation: Call customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders in both English and Hindi.2. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, update records, and ensure product availability.3. Order Packing & Labeling: Pack orders accurately and label them correctly for shipment.4. Coordination with Pickup Personnel: Liaise with courier partners, hand over packages, and ensure timely pickups.5. Returns Management: Process customer returns efficiently and update inventory accordingly.6. Defective Product Handling: Address customer complaints related to defective products. Raise and follow up on support requests with the delivery partner regarding defective items.
