Job Description

1. order confirmation:

• call customers to confirm cash on delivery (cod) orders in both english and hindi.

2. inventory management:

• keep track of stock levels, update records, and ensure product availability.

3. order packing & labeling:

• pack orders accurately and label them correctly for shipment.

4. coordination with pickup personnel:

• liaise with courier partners, hand over packages, and ensure timely pickups.

5. returns management:

• process customer returns efficiently and update inventory accordingly.

6. defective product handling:

• address customer complaints related to defective products.

• raise and follow up on support requests with the delivery partner regarding defective items.
