Roles & Responsibilities: - Accepting both optional roles from working from home and Singapore office. Initiative and tabulation of lighting quantity from lighting schedule or plan provided. Raise queries on discrepancies in tender documents/drawings. Prepare quotation as per given list of drawings. Ability to source of right products and quotations from product manufacturers. Preparation set of complete documents from costing, drawings, dialux simulation, proposal, and specifications for projects. Lead the initiation and planning of projects and ensure technical feasibility. To coordinate staff and internal resources and ensure resource availability and allocation through companys digitalised platform. Digitalise and develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress of project. To understand and ensure of the right procurement of products for individual projects. Ensure accurate and timely deliverables within the stipulated scope and budget. Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper execution of projects. Manage relationships and expectations with clients and stakeholders. Achieve and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction. Manage material handling cost. Optimize and improve processes and overall approaches, where necessary. Proper site management. Report and escalate to upper management, when necessary. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Being a responsible team player by providing proper regular updates and constant improvements on companys project digital software. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the HOD.Requirements: -Education and Qualification Requirements Professional Certificate/ NiTec, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Project or Engineering.Experience Requirements 3 years of sales and project experience.
