Experience in EPC company (Oil, Gas, Steel plant etc) is compulsory

Ability to prepare Process Design Basis, Equipment List, Process Flow Diagram, P&ID; Understanding of basics of Instrumentations and Process Automation; Experience of handling process simulations software (preferably Aspen Hysys) and standard operating procedures; Having experience of sizing of shell & tube type Heat Exchanger through HTRI and manually; Ability to perform pressure drop calculation and hydraulic calculation (pump head calculation, NPSH etc.) through standard software or manually, Ability to prepare Process Data Sheet of Pumps, Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other major Process Equipment; Knowledge about various types of safety valve and their sizing criteria; Experience working with AutoCAD; Understanding of safety studies e.g. HAZOP / HAZID; Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

The candidate should have excellent communication skill (verbal & written), analytic mind; should be able to prepare project schedule with MS Project or Primavera independently; ability to plan micro activities of projects, monitor each activities; ability to prepare catchup plans, Delay analysis; Ability to prepare Project progress measuring systems; should have thorough knowledge about industrial norms of productivity for civil, mechanical, E&I activities; must be hard working & quick learner; should have knowledge for Project costing; ability to prepare cash flow for the projects; project Billing.
