Responding to client support requests. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem. Traveling to the clients location or connecting via a remote link. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
