As a Panel Saw Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production team by operating and maintaining panel saw machinery. Your work will ensure that wood materials are cut accurately and efficiently.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Operate Panel Saw Machine:** Use the panel saw to cut various types of wood materials according to specified measurements and design requirements.- **Measure and Mark Materials:** Accurately measure and mark wood pieces before cutting to ensure precision and quality in the final product.- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly clean and perform basic maintenance on the panel saw to ensure it remains in good working condition, preventing breakdowns or delays in production.- **Check Quality of Cuts:** Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet company standards before moving on to the next stage of production.- **Follow Safety Guidelines:** Adhere to all safety protocols while operating machinery to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 to 2 years operating panel saws or similar machinery is preferred. Familiarity with wood types and cutting techniques is a plus.- **Attention to Detail:** You should possess strong attention to detail to ensure measurements and cuts are precise.- **Physical Stamina:** This job requires physical endurance as it involves standing for long periods and handling heavy materials.- **Team Player:** Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with others to achieve production goals.- **Basic Math Skills:** Understanding measurements and calculations is essential for accuracy in your work.

Key Responsibilities:Operate and set up 2-head (Vertical & Horizontal) multi-boring machines.Set drill bits according to the 32mm system for modular furniture.Read technical drawings and drilling charts to execute precise holes for Minifix, Dowels, and Hinges.Ensure zero-error drilling to avoid panel wastage during the assembly process.Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning and sharpening/replacing drill bits.Check the depth and diameter of holes using calipers to maintain quality standards.Requirements:Experience: 2-5 years specifically on Multi-boring machines (manual or semi-automatic).Technical Knowledge: Must understand the distance between holes for various hardware brands (Hettich, Hafele, etc.).Accuracy: Ability to work with high precision (error-free drilling is a must).Industry: Prior experience in a Modular Kitchen or Wardrobe manufacturing factory is mandatory.
