Multibore Machine Operator (2 Head) - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up 2-head (Vertical & Horizontal) multi-boring machines.

Set drill bits according to the 32mm system for modular furniture.

Read technical drawings and drilling charts to execute precise holes for Minifix, Dowels, and Hinges.

Ensure zero-error drilling to avoid panel wastage during the assembly process.

Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning and sharpening/replacing drill bits.

Check the depth and diameter of holes using calipers to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

Experience: 2-5 years specifically on Multi-boring machines (manual or semi-automatic).

Technical Knowledge: Must understand the distance between holes for various hardware brands (Hettich, Hafele, etc.).

Accuracy: Ability to work with high precision (error-free drilling is a must).

Industry: Prior experience in a Modular Kitchen or Wardrobe manufacturing factory is mandatory.
