The role includes managing staff, overseeing student development, ensuring compliance, coordinating rehabilitation services, and promoting inclusive education.Key Responsibilities1. Academic & Administrative LeadershipLead daily school operations, timetables, curriculum planning, and academic delivery.Ensure adherence to special education standards, RCI norms, and institutional policies.Supervise teachers, therapists, and support staff.2. Special Education & Rehabilitation IntegrationOversee individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with ID, ASD, CP, and multiple disabilities.Coordinate with rehabilitation teamsspeech therapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and psychology.Ensure holistic student development through multidisciplinary support.3. Team Management & Staff DevelopmentRecruit, guide, train, and evaluate staff performance.Conduct workshops and capacity-building programs.4. Parent, Community & NGO CoordinationMaintain communication with parents, participate in review meetings, and provide counselling support.Collaborate with NGOs, government schemes, and community outreach programs.5. Compliance, Reporting & Quality AssuranceMaintain accurate documentation, records, and reports.Ensure safe environment, child protection policies, and regulatory compliance.Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceMasters degree in Special Education / Rehabilitation / School Administration.RCI certification preferred.Minimum 510 years experience in special education, NGO project management, school administration, or rehabilitation centers.Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Job SummaryThe Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. The role supports children and adults, focusing on improving communication abilities, cognitive-linguistic skills, and safe swallowing. The therapist works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based therapy.Key Responsibilities1. Assessment & DiagnosisConduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments.Review medical, developmental, and educational history.Prepare diagnostic reports and therapy recommendations.2.
