Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide therapy for children and adults with communication disorders, intellectual disabilities, and neurological conditions.
Collaborate with doctors, special educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
Counsel and educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises.
Stay updated with current research and therapy techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor-s or Master-s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology (BASLP/MASLP).
Valid RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) license or eligibility to register.
0 - 3 years of relevant experience (freshers with internship experience can also apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
