Key Responsibilities:Preventative Maintenance:Conducting regular inspections, servicing, and maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend their lifespan. Troubleshooting and Repair:Diagnosing mechanical issues, identifying the root cause, and performing necessary repairs or replacements. Installation and Upgrades:Assisting with the installation of new equipment, as well as upgrading existing systems to improve efficiency and performance. Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and equipment performance. Safety Compliance:Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures. Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as operations and production, to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions. Supervision and Training:May be involved in supervising and training junior maintenance staff. Cost Management:Contributing to the maintenance budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Continuous Improvement:Evaluating new technologies and suggesting improvements to equipment reliability and performance.

Warehouse Operations:Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring efficient space utilization and smooth logistics flow. Staff Management:Supervising and training warehouse staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to maintain high productivity. Logistics Coordination:Collaborating with suppliers, shipping companies, and transportation providers for timely deliveries and addressing any delays. Safety and Compliance:Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and relevant regulations. Reporting and Analysis:Generating reports on warehouse activities, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
