Taking regular rounds throughout building & surroundings (Transformers, Earth pits, Shafts, Substation, Pump room etc.) and reporting any irregularity. Extracting job functioning from technical team through constant supervision - Electrician, operators. Plumber, Verify all checklists & checklist values with actual values & completion of documents as per schedule & requirement. Carrying out routine checkup of fire detection system, Hydrant system, & Sprinkler system. Follow up of all technical issues (Break down, Shut down Etc.) Coordinating & seniors as per procedure. Briefing on Daily basis to all technical staff, to make awareness of their roles & individual responsibilities. Job Profile: Electrical Technician (Service)Region of Work: Bangalore UIDAI & Manesar UIDAIExperience: 3-6yrs. Should have field experience in breaker service. Should have hands on experience in trouble shooting of electrical circuits. Should have knowledge on equipment replacement. Should be coordinative with HVAC and BMS team. Knowledge of operating VCBs & ACB Breakers. Supply of materials to the client when required. Exceptional customer service skills that ensure customer needs are met, and that client satisfaction is earned and maintained. Effective at multi-tasking and managing the demands of several AMCs/Projects on an on-going basis. Knowledge & hands on experience on UPS & Batteries.(UPS Maintenance, Cleaning & Battery Voltage checking etc.) Hands on experience & knowledge on cable lugging and cable meggering. Knowledge & hands on experience on Battery replacement & small installations. Knowledge & hands on experience on Transformer test (Ex: BDV, Silica gel replacement) and Thermography test.Skill set keywords: Electrical troubleshooting, Breaker servicing, Equipment replacing, UPS & Battery voltage testing & Electrical PM works.
