qualification: iti in electrical, diploma in electrical or field experienced in electrical service, diploma in mechanical

mandatory 3 years of experience required with proper experience certificate (experience letter or relieving letter & salary slip or bank statement) , qualification marksheets.

bgv procedure will be done

job profile-

 checking of all electrical system whether it is under control / within design limits

• checking all transformers, ups, electrical ht and lt panels, pump panels, incomers etc

 . • taking regular rounds throughout building & surroundings (transformers, earth pits, shafts, substation, pump room etc.) and reporting any irregularity.

• extracting job functioning from technical team through constant supervision - electrician, operators. plumber,

• verify all checklists & checklist values with actual values & completion of documents as per schedule & requirement.

• carrying out routine checkup of fire detection system, hydrant system, & sprinkler system.

• follow up of all technical issues (break down, shut down etc.) coordinating & seniors as per procedure.

• briefing on daily basis to all technical staff, to make awareness of their roles & individual responsibilities.

• plumbing, carpentry maintenance, follow up, scheduling of work, which will not effect to users, to finish it accordingly.
