You Will: Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from kicking off a new search, job description development, building a robust evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates Source and screen the best candidates and then coordinate the interview process, and closing of candidates for assigned roles Write/revise and post job descriptions, as needed Source high-quality talent through a variety of tactics (e.g; networking, social media, job boards, etc.) Demonstrate a commitment to identifying a diverse slate of candidatesYou have: 00 to 4 years of experience in the entire US Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/rate negotiation Open to work on both IT and Non-IT requirements A passion for building cohesive teams and a positive team-oriented approach to your work Experience juggling multiple open requisitions while conducting a high-touch recruitment process Ability to understand each department's skills and responsibilities across levels Good ability to build pipelines (Strategic Sourcing) Great selling and closing skills Must have excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills Independent, Self-starter Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented and a Go-getter
